About the position

As a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist at Robert Half, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent for various divisions including construction, sales force, property management, maintenance, and administrative teams. This position encompasses the entire recruiting process, from proactively finding candidates to screening applications and conducting interviews. You will be responsible for providing recommendations on the most qualified candidates to management, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans tailored to each open position. You will create detailed job descriptions and advertisements, posting them to appropriate sources to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Additionally, you will design a comprehensive recruiting and interviewing plan for each role, ensuring that all aspects of the recruitment process are covered. Regular follow-ups with managers will be essential to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and to make necessary adjustments. You will also be tasked with developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of hiring needs, utilizing your networking skills through industry contacts, association memberships, and trade groups. Researching and recommending new sources for both active and passive candidate recruiting will be a key part of your role, as will building networks to identify qualified passive candidates. You will leverage social and professional networking sites to source candidates and coordinate college recruiting initiatives when necessary. Promoting the company’s benefits to prospective employees will also be part of your responsibilities, all while working in a fun and collaborative team environment.
