About the position

As a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist at Robert Half, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent for various divisions including construction, sales force, property management, maintenance, and administrative teams. This position encompasses the entire recruiting process, from proactively finding candidates to screening applications, conducting interviews, and providing recommendations to management on the most qualified candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies tailored to each open position, ensuring that the right candidates are identified and engaged throughout the hiring process. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed job descriptions and advertisements, posting positions to appropriate sources, and developing a comprehensive recruiting and interviewing plan for each vacancy. Regular follow-ups with hiring managers will be essential to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make necessary adjustments. You will also be tasked with building a pool of qualified candidates in advance of hiring needs, leveraging your networking skills through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and current employees. In addition, you will research and recommend new sources for both active and passive candidate recruiting, utilizing social and professional networking sites to identify potential candidates. When necessary, you will coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives, promoting the company’s benefits to prospective employees. This role is not only about filling positions but also about fostering a positive and engaging recruitment experience, ensuring that you have fun while working with an outstanding team.
