• Source, interview, and negotiate offers for candidates.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an agency or fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role.
• Expertise in managing and scheduling interviews effectively.
• Experience with full-lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, video interviewing, and delivering offers.
• Proficiency in managing candidates within an applicant tracking system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to creatively build a candidate network.
