About the position

Commvault is undergoing a significant business transformation, and we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our Engineering, Product, and Sales organizations. As a strategic partner to the business, the Recruiter will not only focus on providing an elite candidate experience but will also stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously enhance our hiring standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of complex technical stacks and demonstrate a thoughtful approach to talent acquisition. In this role, you will leverage innovative sourcing techniques and social networking to identify passive candidates and build a robust pipeline. You will optimize recruitment technologies and tools, utilizing recruitment marketing platforms to launch effective campaigns. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with business leaders and hiring teams to provide talent strategies and market intelligence, ensuring alignment with our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. You will drive a fair and consistent evaluation process using behavioral interviewing techniques while maintaining strong data integrity within our internal systems. A strong awareness of the competitive market landscape, including emerging startups and industry standards, will be essential in engaging and hiring the right talent for Commvault. This role requires a true team player who can effectively collaborate across multiple business functions within our global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Attract top talent using innovative and social networking sourcing techniques to identify passive prospects and build a pipeline of candidates.
  • Optimize recruitment technologies and tools, utilizing recruitment marketing platforms to launch campaigns and improve sourcing methods.
  • Advise business leaders and hiring teams on talent strategies and market intelligence, providing full life cycle recruitment as a talent adviser.
  • Collaborate with multiple business functions within the global organization to ensure alignment and support for hiring needs.
  • Drive a fair and consistent evaluation process using behavioral interviewing techniques and maintain strong data integrity within internal systems.
  • Leverage market intelligence to understand the competitive landscape and engage the right talent for Commvault.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of full life cycle, high volume recruiting in a corporate environment.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of technical recruiting experience within a SaaS or Security environment.
  • Experience working on multiple tech roles with varying scopes and levels.
  • Knowledge of complex technical stacks and engineering infrastructure, along with recruitment best practices.
  • Strong presentation and recruiting skills.
  • Subject matter expertise in current trends in recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and diversity initiatives.
