About The Position

The temporary Recruiter at Girl Scouts San Diego will be responsible for high-volume full-cycle recruiting for seasonal summer camp staff. This role is crucial in developing and executing strategies to attract quality candidates for temporary positions, ensuring a positive camp experience for campers during the summer months.

Requirements

• One or more years of sourcing/recruiting experience; high-volume seasonal recruiting experience is highly desired.
• Organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent follow-through and time management skills.
• High degree of responsibility and ownership of work/assignments; must be dependable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency and deliver results.
• Exceptional communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Experience and proficiency working with an ATS system; proficiency in Word and Excel.
• An understanding of federal, state and local employment laws preferred.
• Valid drivers license and ability to drive and attend recruitment events and/or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a recruiting and sourcing strategy to attract a pipeline of quality candidates for temporary summer camp positions.
• Utilizing a variety of recruiting methods including job boards, recruiting events, social media, and networking to maximize candidate sourcing.
• Conducting candidate phone screens, recommending candidates for interview, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Updating and maintaining accurate applicant data and status in ATS system (ATS OnDemand).
• Extending and coordinating offers and background checks with final candidates.
• Performing other duties as assigned or required.

Benefits

• Expected hiring range: $21-$26 per hour.
