As we continue to grow and expand, we need a skilled recruiter to help us locate skilled talent to join our team. The recruiter will play a vital role in our hiring process, ensuring we attract, hire, engage, and retain the best talent in the industry. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, creating detailed action plans for filling roles across various departments within the agency, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process from screening resumes to conducting interviews and making offers. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to understand their needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process. Staying up to date with industry trends and providing insights to improve our recruitment strategies will also be key aspects of your role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Create detailed action plans for filling roles across various departments within the agency.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from screening resumes to conducting interviews and making offers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and candidates to understand their needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Assist with planning and attend job fairs and community events representing the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
  • Kronos Workforce Dimensions ATS experience would be a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health recruitment.
