Additionally, the recruiter will assist with reference checks and background screenings, maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system, and provide timely updates and communication to both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. The recruiter will also assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed, ensuring a positive candidate experience and an efficient recruitment process. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various positions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
