As a Recruiter Trainee at Maxim Healthcare Services, you will play a crucial role in making a difference in the lives of our team members, caregivers, patients, and clients. In addition to recruitment, you will manage caregivers and field staff while they are on assignment, ensuring that they are supported and that their needs are met. Building and maintaining relationships with active clients, patients, and referral sources will be a key part of your role, as will cultivating relationships with industry contacts to gain insights, referrals, and business development leads. Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, and Healthcare Administration
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Excellent written and communication skills as well as strong analytical skills
  • Results driven, sense of urgency, and high standard of professionalism
