Amazing Home Care is looking for a full-time Recruiter based in Bushwick, NY. The role primarily involves assisting potential applicants through the application process, verifying references, and ensuring accurate staff information management. The ideal candidate should be trilingual in English, Spanish, and Creo, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting potential applicants through the application process.
  • Verifying references and certificates.
  • Entering staff information into the computer to ensure accuracy and updates.
  • Scheduling appointments at the clinic office for employees needing physicals or special procedures.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed correctly in a timely manner into staff charts.
  • Creating certificates for orientation/in-service for attendees.

Requirements

  • Must be trilingual in English, Spanish, and Creo.
  • Good telephone, organizational, typing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with various office locations.
  • Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual and motivated.
