Responsibilities

• Manage campus recruitment initiatives to attract entry-level talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize sales techniques to engage passive candidates and promote job opportunities
• Coordinate contract negotiations between candidates and the organization
• Develop and implement training programs for hiring managers on effective recruitment practices
• Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
• Utilize negotiation skills to secure top talent for executive-level positions
• Assist with internal recruiting efforts to promote employee development and retention

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, and selection processes
