The role of the Recruiter at Nextpoint is crucial as we are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for SaaS companies, with a focus on finding top talent for both technical and commercial roles. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview questions and evaluation forms.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and the company throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SaaS recruitment, as well as the legal industry as a whole.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably for SaaS companies and/or within the legal industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
