This part-time position involves various recruiting tasks such as creating job descriptions, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews, while also maintaining effective communication with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Create and post job descriptions
• Review and analyze resumes
• Contact potential candidates to schedule interviews
• Communicate with Hiring Managers to determine qualifications for positions
• Answer questions from applicants
• Conduct and analyze surveys of applicants and Hiring Managers
• Use software to analyze resumes and find candidates
• Hold preliminary interviews on the phone or in-person
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Conduct job fairs
• Post ads on the company's social media
• Take and audit applications
• Document notes from interviews and interactions
• Conduct site walks

Requirements

• 2 years of recruiting experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure to fill positions
• Ability to make presentations to large groups of applicants
• Understanding of the products or services the business provides
• Familiarity with social media and the internet
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws
