JLL is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our Property Management Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role requires you to be on-site in our Chicago or Dallas offices for at least three days a week. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our real estate services by providing full-cycle recruiting support for the Brokerage business. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers for various positions, including internships, entry-level, and mid-career roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs, ensuring that we fill current and future openings with top talent. In this position, you will develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing tools such as Workday (ATS), Avature (CRM), and pymetrics (assessment). Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates with diverse skill sets and perspectives will be essential, as will fostering relationships with Diversity Organizations to attract top diverse talent. You will also be responsible for marketing JLL's attributes to candidates, encouraging those with diverse backgrounds to join our team. Regular analysis and reporting of your recruiting success will be part of your role, as well as developing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including schools and diversity organizations. To thrive in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with at least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in sales or commission-based roles. A passion for diversity and a proven track record of generating creative ideas to attract diverse hires are essential. Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment and familiarity with Financial Services, Real Estate, or Consulting will be advantageous. A tech-forward mentality and experience with CRM and ATS systems, particularly Workday and Avature, are also important. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, with business writing experience being a plus.
