About the position

JLL is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our Property Management Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role requires you to be on-site in our Chicago or Dallas offices for at least three days a week. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our real estate services by providing full-cycle recruiting support for the Brokerage business. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers for various positions, including internships, entry-level, and mid-career roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs, ensuring that we fill current and future openings with top talent. In this position, you will develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing tools such as Workday (ATS), Avature (CRM), and pymetrics (assessment). Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates with diverse skill sets and perspectives will be essential, as will fostering relationships with Diversity Organizations to attract top diverse talent. You will also be responsible for marketing JLL's attributes to candidates, encouraging those with diverse backgrounds to join our team. Regular analysis and reporting of your recruiting success will be part of your role, as well as developing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including schools and diversity organizations. To thrive in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with at least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in sales or commission-based roles. A passion for diversity and a proven track record of generating creative ideas to attract diverse hires are essential. Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment and familiarity with Financial Services, Real Estate, or Consulting will be advantageous. A tech-forward mentality and experience with CRM and ATS systems, particularly Workday and Avature, are also important. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, with business writing experience being a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full cycle recruiting support for the Brokerage business through sourcing, screening, leveraging internal and external referrals, and negotiating offers for internship, entry-level, and mid-career level positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs to fill current and future openings.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to find high quality candidates, leveraging Workday (ATS) and Avature (CRM) and pymetrics (assessment) tools.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with diverse skillsets and perspectives by leveraging your professional network.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Diversity Organizations to attract top diverse talent.
  • Market JLL's attributes to candidates and encourage candidates with diverse skill sets and perspectives to join our team.
  • Regularly analyze and report your success.
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to determine entry-level hiring needs, and develop external relationships with key schools, diversity partners, student organizations and alumni networks.
  • Come up with innovative solutions to attract and retain diverse entry-level talent to our industry leading company.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, recruiting sales or commission-based roles.
  • Recruiting experience supporting various regions across the US.
  • Exhibit a passion for diversity and have a track record of generating creative ideas to bring diverse hires to an organization.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruiting environment while managing projects simultaneously.
  • Recruiting experience with Financial Services, Real Estate or Consulting is a plus.
  • Tech-forward mentality and experience working in both CRM and ATS systems; Workday and Avature experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Business writing experience is a plus.
