About the position

iStaffing is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our team in Hawthorne, CA. The role involves managing the recruitment process, including answering calls, assisting visitors, and maintaining logs of available associates. The Recruiter will also be responsible for posting jobs and sourcing candidates for current openings, ensuring a positive experience for applicants and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Manage high call volume and greet visitors.
• Maintain the Available List log by adding new associates.
• Initiate application process for incoming applicants.
• Post jobs, source and recruit for current openings.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
