About the position

As a Recruiter at Manpower Group, you will play a pivotal role in connecting individuals with employment opportunities while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates, associates, and clients alike. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full cycle recruitment process, which includes identifying, assessing, placing, and advancing a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals. You will be tasked with understanding the local market dynamics, labor trends, and workforce management, which will enable you to educate others and drive effective recruitment strategies. In this position, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across existing accounts, securing future and expanded opportunities within the ManpowerGroup umbrella. You will also be responsible for identifying roadblocks in client delivery and proactively collaborating with stakeholders to find solutions. Your role will involve driving sales activity in the market by probing for additional business opportunities, skilling top talent profiles for new clients, and engaging with high-demand clients. Your typical day will include sourcing and attracting candidates through various methods such as job postings, social media, networking events, and outreach campaigns. You will review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates, conduct initial phone screens and interviews, and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and feedback. Engaging with community partners and attending local networking events will be essential to broaden brand exposure, and you will also host job fairs and recruitment events in the market. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) will be a critical part of your responsibilities.
