Building ongoing relationships with candidates for future referrals and business opportunities will be a key part of your role. Regular communication with candidates, clients, and team members via phone and Zoom will also be essential to your success in this position. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential candidates through online resources, LinkedIn, networking, etc.
  • Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities from sourcing to candidate offer negotiations.
  • Learn about different industries and positions to assess candidate fit for client specifications.
  • Build ongoing relationships with candidates for referrals and future business.
  • Connect with candidates, clients, and team members via phone and Zoom regularly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of overall relevant work experience (in sales or recruiting is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional presence to build trust and credibility with high-level candidates.
  • Integrity and the ability to quickly establish rapport with candidates.
