About the position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to oversee the entire hiring process, from identifying staffing needs to finalizing a successful hire. This role is crucial in creating and promoting job advertisements, conducting candidate interviews, and exploring new and existing channels for sourcing potential candidates. The Recruiter will enhance our employer brand to attract top talent and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process.
• Identifying recruiting needs and sourcing the best applicants to fill vacancies.
• Creating and maintaining talent pools.
• Track recruitment KPIs: time to fill, source of hire, etc.
• Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they are onboarded.
• Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential hires via email, phone, video, or in person.
• Oversee internal and external communication, ensuring a positive reputation as an employer.
• Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.
• Complete reference and background checks.
• Networking with industry professionals and keeping abreast of developments in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Work experience as an In-house, full cycle Recruiter.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews).
• Experience with social media recruiting.
• Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with resume parsing software.
• Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, human resources management, or a related field (preferred).
• A professional and approachable demeanor.
• The ability to protect confidential information.
