About the position

As a Recruiter at ManpowerGroup, you will play a pivotal role in connecting individuals with employment opportunities, helping them advance their careers, and aligning their skills with the needs of our clients. This position encompasses the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring that candidates, associates, and clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, placing, and managing a diverse talent portfolio, which includes both associates and professionals. Your ability to navigate the recruitment landscape will be crucial in driving successful outcomes for both candidates and clients. In this role, you will proactively identify roadblocks in client delivery and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop effective solutions. Building strong relationships with hiring managers on existing accounts will be essential for securing future and expanded opportunities within the ManpowerGroup umbrella. You will also need to stay informed about the dynamics of the local market, labor trends, and workforce management to effectively educate others and drive sales activity in your market. This includes probing for additional business with clients, identifying top talent profiles for new clients, and engaging with high-demand clients. Your typical day will involve sourcing and attracting candidates through various methods, including job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns. You will review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications and requirements of open positions. Conducting initial phone screens and interviews will be part of your responsibilities, as well as coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Throughout the recruitment process, you will provide guidance and support to candidates, including interview preparation and post-interview feedback. Engaging with community partners and attending local networking events will help broaden brand exposure, and you will also host job fairs and recruitment events in the market. Maintaining accurate data in the applicant tracking system will be crucial for tracking candidate progress and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, place, and manage a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.
  • Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job postings and social media.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate or bachelor's degree.
  • Experience or exposure in an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn).
