About the position

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to support our client, an HR Manager, on-site in Meriden, CT. This role is critical in helping attract and retain top talent while ensuring HR operations run smoothly. This is an onsite, contracted assignment, expected to run a minimum of 6 months, with virtual interviews happening immediately and an ASAP start date.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting for entry level white and blue collar openings
• Communicate with executive level recruiters to fill higher level roles
• Screening candidates
• Scheduling interviews
• Succession planning
• Compensation and benefits
• Various projects, ie: revamping employee handbook

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in HR recruiting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with ADP-HR and HRIS modules is a plus
