About the position

Moonlight Mountain Recovery is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join their team in Boise, ID. This role is crucial for sourcing and recruiting talent for key positions, particularly in the fields of drug addiction and mental health counseling. The Recruiter will operate in a hybrid work environment and is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit key personnel including Therapists and Clinicians.
• Reach out to prospects through visits, phone calls, social media, and email to develop relationships.
• Attend career fairs, college recruiting events, and other methods to find prospects.
• Conduct full cycle recruitment tasks to efficiently fill open positions and onboard new hires.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals.
• Experience recruiting substance abuse and/or mental health counselors preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong cold-calling skills.
• Experience networking and recruiting on social media.
• Professional demeanor with persistence.
