About the position

The Recruiter at I Am Boundless, Inc. is responsible for managing complex recruitment efforts to identify, engage, assess, and hire talent for the organization. This role involves executing full lifecycle recruiting processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while promoting a positive candidate experience. The position is hybrid, requiring some in-office work in Independence, Ohio, and focuses on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, large-scale recruitment efforts.
  • Identify, engage, assess, and hire talent in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Execute full lifecycle searches for all positions, including developing search strategies and interviewing candidates.
  • Assist with day-to-day questions and interactions with hiring managers.
  • Partner with department heads to determine staffing needs.
  • Maintain and increase quality candidate pool and fill rate.
  • Develop prospecting strategies to recruit candidates using various tools.
  • Resolve candidate and client concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an accurate database of candidate information and communication.
  • Perform reference and background checks on applicants.
  • Attend staffing meetings, trade shows, and recruitment events.
  • Conduct facility visits and competitive market analysis.
  • Provide suggestions for marketing and advertisement placement.
  • Complete weekly staffing reports and assist with recruiting projects.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and local labor laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum one year of related experience, preferably in healthcare staffing
  • High level of knowledge in full cycle recruiting components
  • Experience working in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
  • Experience with HRIS software preferred
  • Human Resource certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
