This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented group of recruiters dedicated to identifying and securing top talent for our clients. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates from various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events. You will be responsible for reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and assessing candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications for the positions we are filling. In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of our clients. You will produce and update job specifications and descriptions to accurately reflect the requirements of each position. Additionally, you will arrange recruitment materials and post job advertisements on the company's website, social media channels, and relevant job boards to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Evaluating resumes, cover letters, and job applications will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience. You will also be responsible for following up with successful candidates and maintaining the company's internal records throughout the selection process. As a point of contact between candidates and the company, you will ensure clear communication and a positive candidate experience. This position requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Light industrial experience is a significant advantage, and proficiency in navigating computer applications is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
