About the position

LHH Recruitment is currently seeking a contract Recruiter in Las Vegas, NV. This role is pivotal in managing the full recruiting cycle, which encompasses sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and negotiating job offers. The primary focus will be on filling education-related positions, including roles such as Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and support staff. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. It is essential that every applicant, regardless of the outcome, feels that their time spent in the process was valuable and engaging. You will collaborate closely with hiring teams to reconfigure and enhance recruitment processes, aiming to improve efficiency and increase candidate satisfaction throughout the hiring journey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in a fast-paced environment. You should be adept at managing multiple hiring managers and workloads simultaneously while consistently meeting hiring goals. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates and applicants, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling in-person interviews, and negotiating job offers.
  • Ensuring an amazing candidate experience, so even if an applicant is not selected for a role they feel that the time they spent was valuable and engaging.
  • Working with hiring teams to reconfigure processes, improve and streamline, and increase candidate satisfaction with the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Experience working as an agency recruiter is desirable.
  • Experienced recruiting and hiring for a variety of job titles and skill sets.
  • Comfortable hitting hiring goals and managing workloads with multiple hiring managers.
  • Stellar communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
