About the position

Jumpstart Your Career Coaching is seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent, ensuring the right individuals are matched to the right roles. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with the CEO and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and drive company growth by discovering untapped talent.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Hiring Manager to understand specific hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Manage the recruiting process from start to finish for various open positions.
  • Utilize a range of sourcing techniques to build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and prepare candidates for interviews.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with a database of qualified candidates.
  • Write and post clear, engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the hiring process.
  • Continuously refine and improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Provide coaching and support to junior recruiting staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in recruitment or human resources with a proven track record in hiring across multiple roles and industries.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities in screening candidates.
  • Proficiency with productivity software, ATS, HR platforms, and databases.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting interviews using various methods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Passion for continuous professional development through networking and training opportunities.
