The Recruiter at Manpower Group is a pivotal role focused on connecting individuals with employment opportunities while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates, associates, and clients. This position is based in Tallahassee, Florida, and is integral to the full cycle recruitment process. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, assessing, placing, and managing a diverse talent portfolio, which includes both associates and professionals. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly in identifying roadblocks in client delivery and collaborating with stakeholders to find effective solutions. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, the Recruiter will develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers across existing accounts to secure future and expanded opportunities within the ManpowerGroup umbrella. A deep understanding of the local market dynamics, labor trends, and workforce management is essential for success in this role. The Recruiter will also assist in driving sales activity in the market by probing for additional business opportunities with clients and engaging with high-demand clients. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) is a critical aspect of the role. The typical day for a Recruiter includes sourcing and attracting candidates through various methods such as job postings, social media, networking events, and outreach campaigns. The Recruiter will review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates, conduct initial phone screens and interviews, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and feedback, is also a key responsibility. The role involves engaging with community partners, attending local networking events, and hosting job fairs or recruitment events to enhance brand exposure. Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients are also required, making this a dynamic and engaging position.
