Farmers Insurance District 22 in Chicago is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team! The Recruiter will work directly with the District Manager to source, screen, and sell candidates on the opportunity of working for Farmers Insurance. This role will recruit for various positions including Salespeople and Agency Owners across Chicago. Please note that this is an in-office position, and the work schedule is from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, with a proven ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively. Previous experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn is essential, as is a demonstrated interest in understanding the needs of hiring managers and candidates. A passion for recruiting sales professionals and growing high-performing teams is crucial. The successful candidate must be coachable and open to constructive feedback, possess exceptional follow-up skills, and have a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required. In this role, the Recruiter will continuously source for new prospects using LinkedIn, consistently making 20-30 touches and at least 10 new conversations per day. The Recruiter will provide prompt, accurate, and friendly communication with candidates, perform phone interviews in a concise and professional manner, and maintain a database of current and potential hires.
