About the position

CyberCoders is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter for a fully remote position within our nationwide recruiting firm. This role offers a base salary of $50,000, with the potential for uncapped commission, allowing first-year recruiters to earn an average of $80,000 to $120,000. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build your own book of business and manage a full life cycle recruiting desk. You will utilize your own lead generation methods alongside our advanced proprietary systems to attract new clients and source top talent. As the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, you will have complete control over your desk and earning potential. Strong communication skills, both in writing professional emails and creating engaging advertisements, are essential. A drive for success and a fascination with connecting with people will be key to thriving in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage your own book of business.
  • Run a full life cycle recruiting desk.
  • Utilize lead generation methodologies to attract new clients.
  • Source top talent using proprietary systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience or 6 months of recruiting experience.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a love for building relationships.
  • Resourceful and inquisitive nature.
  • Ability to write professional emails and catchy ads.
  • Motivated to succeed and driven to achieve goals.
  • Comfortable communicating with a variety of people.
