About the position

We are seeking a part-time recruiter/sourcer for a temporary position focused on screening resumes and conducting phone interviews for para-professional roles. This role involves working approximately 10-15 hours per week, primarily during the first shift, to ensure candidates are well-suited for the positions available.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes for para-professional roles
• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
• Ensure candidates are a fit for the position
• Screening candidates
• Scheduling interviews
• Various projects
• HRIS modules are a plus

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in recruitment and sourcing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with ADP-HR and HRIS systems
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Experience in onboarding and recruiting

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with HRIS modules
