About the position

Thompson Law LLP is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join their collaborative team in Dallas, TX. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process, focusing on attracting top talent and ensuring a positive onboarding experience. This role is crucial in supporting the firm's mission to provide world-class service and achieve record-setting results in personal injury law.

Responsibilities

  • Partner in the full life-cycle recruitment process with recruiting and hiring manager team.
  • Collaborate with HR Director and hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process.
  • Proactive sourcing, including leveraging LinkedIn, professional associations, social media, and direct candidate engagement to attract talent.
  • Operate with a high level of accountability, dependability, confidentiality, and drive for success.
  • Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment; personal injury legal industry knowledge preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), social media, and applicant tracking systems like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with Senior Management, peers, and others at the Firm.
  • Able to recruit in multi-state environments.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required for this role.
