Responsibilities

  • Support the recruiting department in interviewing and hiring for various departments.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct pre-employment background checks and drug screenings as required.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required, but experience is preferred for higher pay and leadership opportunities.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary for the role.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential or experience is a plus.
