The Recruiter at CoinTracker is responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to support the company's mission of enabling everyone in the world to use cryptocurrency with peace of mind. This role involves managing hiring pipelines for top priority roles, driving insights to improve hiring processes, and ensuring accountability for hiring goals.

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for hiring goals

  • Drive key insights resulting in solutions that improve hiring processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a recruiting or business-strategy role (e.g., management consulting, startup generalist)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business impact
  • Hungry and motivated about making progress towards the mission
  • Ability to navigate difficult conversations and negotiations with excellence
  • Executive presence to lead and close leadership-level candidates
  • Build high quality pipelines across multiple disciplines
  • Evaluate talent rigorously and accurately
  • Clearly communicate candidate profiles and scorecards
  • Thrive in evolving and ambiguous environments
  • Iterate and unblock self and teammates
  • Pattern match and drive differentiated insights
  • Listen-first approach to communicating, including ability to take feedback
  • Take extreme ownership of outcomes, including escalating blockers
