The Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruitment process, providing exceptional service to candidates, associates, and clients alike. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly in identifying roadblocks in client delivery and collaborating with stakeholders to find effective solutions. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, the Recruiter will develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to secure future and expanded opportunities within the ManpowerGroup umbrella. Understanding the local market dynamics, labor trends, and workforce management is essential for success in this role. The Recruiter will also assist in driving sales activity in the market by probing for additional business opportunities with clients and engaging with high-demand clients. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) is a critical part of the job, ensuring that all recruitment activities are documented and tracked effectively. On a typical day, the Recruiter will source and attract candidates through various methods, including job postings, social media, networking events, and outreach campaigns. They will review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates, conduct initial phone screens and interviews, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and feedback, is also a key responsibility. The role involves engaging with community partners, attending local networking events, and hosting job fairs or recruitment events to broaden brand exposure. Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients are also required, making this a dynamic and engaging position.
