About the position

The Recruiter will lead staffing efforts at StaffRite, focusing on the full recruitment process from job advertisement to candidate onboarding. This part-time role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements across various platforms.
• Review and manage incoming applications.
• Communicate with candidates, set up interviews, and follow up throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Track and manage the recruitment pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Provide updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing agency.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset.
