About the position

SecTek, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, responsible for the entire recruitment process from talent sourcing to hiring exceptional employees. The successful candidate will work closely with department managers to proactively identify future hiring needs and ensure that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. The ideal recruiter will have a background in Human Resources, along with experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. This role is crucial in building a strong talent pipeline and promoting the company's reputation as an employer of choice. The Recruiter will be tasked with reviewing applicants to evaluate their qualifications against position requirements, conducting pre-screening interviews, and sending new hire onboarding packages. Additionally, the recruiter will be responsible for reviewing background checks, developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance, and creating job descriptions. Regular follow-ups with managers will be necessary to assess the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. In this role, the recruiter will utilize various databases to source and recruit candidates, screen resumes and job applications, and conduct interviews using reliable selection tools and methods. Participation in job fairs and onboarding new employees to ensure their full integration into the company will also be part of the responsibilities. The recruiter will provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team and act as a point of contact to build influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.

Responsibilities

  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews.
  • Send new hire onboarding packages.
  • Review background checks.
  • Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance.
  • Create job description listings.
  • Effectively fill and maintain optimal personnel in open positions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using several different databases.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote the company's reputation as the best place to work.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • 1 year of full cycle Recruiting experience (Required).
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
  • Skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).

Nice-to-haves
