About the position

The Recruiter at Trinity Hospitals is responsible for managing recruitment functions and advertising for professional staff. The position is full-time, operating during standard business hours from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment functions and advertising for professional staff.
  • Act as a company representative at external career fairs.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and follow-through in recruitment processes.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a healthcare-associated field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment or HR experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in placement or staffing agency is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills are required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Interviewing experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
  • Outgoing and creative personality.
