About the position
Robert Half is seeking a bilingual recruiter to support the staffing of various roles across different sectors. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates to meet the business's recruitment needs. This is a contract position that is fully remote and expected to last between 8 to 12 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Utilize job platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn for sourcing potential candidates.
- Conduct detailed job intake meetings with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Maintain detailed notes and records of candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Create and post detailed and enticing job descriptions to attract relevant candidates.
- Strategize and manage the interview process, including pre-screening of candidates, coordination of interview schedules, and provision of feedback.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer negotiation and finalization with selected candidates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter in various industries and sectors.
- Expertise with recruiting software and job boards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle including interview, offer, and onboarding stages.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
