About the position

The Recruiter plays a crucial role in connecting candidates with job opportunities, driving the full cycle recruitment process, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates, associates, and clients. This position involves identifying and managing a diverse talent pool, collaborating with hiring managers, and staying informed about market dynamics to effectively meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, place, and manage a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals.
  • Identify roadblocks in client delivery and proactively solution with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers on existing accounts to secure future and expanded opportunities.
  • Understand and educate others on the dynamics of the local market, labor, and workforce management.
  • Assist with driving sales activity in the market and probing for additional business with clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job postings and social media.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
  • Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate or bachelor's degree.
  • Experience or exposure in an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn).
