About the position

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process, connecting candidates with job opportunities, and providing exceptional service to clients and candidates alike. This role involves identifying and placing diverse talent, developing relationships with hiring managers, and driving sales activity in the market while maintaining accurate candidate records.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, place, and manage a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals.
  • Identify roadblocks in client delivery and proactively solution with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers on existing accounts to secure future and expanded opportunities.
  • Understand and educate others on the dynamics of the local market, labor, and workforce management.
  • Assist with driving sales activity in the market and probing for additional business with clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job postings and social media.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
  • Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate or bachelor's degree.
  • Experience or exposure in an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn).
