(remote position with familiarity with northeast regional recruitment resources), this position is responsible for building awareness of Devereux's Corporate opportunities - as well as its programs and services.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department managers on successful new hire selection process.
  • Use and grow recruitment and social media skills to creatively grow educational and administrative support programs.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
  • Create pipelines for openings for centers and departments where there are plans for program expansion.
  • Find, attract, and hire new employees to fill open positions and meet workforce needs and goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in behavioral health, healthcare or an educational setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field, or equivalent years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple disciplines autonomously.
  • Experience working with education and ABA/APA related positions is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and familiarity with Applicant Tracking and HRIS Systems.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment law.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with education and ABA/APA related positions.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for business.
