About the position

As a Recruiter at Arrow Capital Resources LLC, you will be integral to sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified candidates in the precast concrete industry, specifically for commercial construction roles. This entry-level position focuses on high-volume recruitment and requires collaboration with hiring managers to meet labor needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through creative and compliant methods.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for various roles.
• Post job openings on career pages, job boards, and other platforms.
• Provide hiring updates to account managers.
• Maintain applicant data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Address employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in community events and team-building initiatives.
• Perform other recruitment-related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in staffing or recruiting, ideally within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in HR procedures and knowledge of resume databases and ATS.
• Fluency in English (Spanish fluency preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with PCs and MS Office Suite.
