The Recruiter position at TEKsystems involves managing the complete recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and developing effective recruitment strategies. The role requires utilizing various sourcing methods to identify candidates, conducting screenings and interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers of employment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and industry specific channels, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, promptly addressing inquiries, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools.
• Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
• Work with third-party vendors to source and manage recruitment services, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.

Requirements

• 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Workday experience
