Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough employee evaluations to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Create engaging job postings and utilize social media management techniques to promote open positions.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to connect with potential candidates at educational institutions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems such as UltiPro and iCIMS for efficient candidate management.
- Collaborate with team members to design training development programs for new hires.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles.
- Strong skills in employee evaluation, interviewing, and relationship management.
- Familiarity with talent management principles and practices.
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Knowledge of campus recruitment strategies is a plus.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems such as UltiPro or iCIMS.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
