About the position

The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments within our organization. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and attract candidates who align with our company culture and goals. The Recruiter will develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent across retail, hotel management, luxury residential living, and related areas. This includes employing various sourcing methods, such as networking, direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and referrals to identify and engage highly qualified candidates. In addition to sourcing, the Recruiter will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, which encompasses job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and stakeholders is crucial to understanding staffing needs and providing strategic recruitment guidance. The Recruiter will also collaborate closely with HR Partners to align recruitment efforts with company objectives, organizational design, onboarding, policies, and procedures. Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) is essential, as is ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter will manage the company's brand and engagement across platforms including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and Yelp. Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the success of sourcing strategies and hiring processes will be part of the role, along with preparing regular reports on recruitment KPIs, providing insights, and recommending process enhancements. Additionally, the Recruiter will manage the Summer Intern Program, which includes university recruitment, selection, intern program design, and execution.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations governing hiring practices and negotiation processes.
