About the position

As a Recruiter at Discovery ABA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our team by recruiting high-quality registered behavior technicians (RBTs). This full-time position is designed for individuals who thrive on solving problems and are passionate about contributing to a mission-driven organization. You will be part of a warm and supportive team that values creativity and problem-solving skills. Your primary responsibility will be to actively seek out and recruit skilled RBTs who align with our values and can effectively implement quality therapy services for children with autism. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and overseeing the onboarding process. You will work standard hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a significant impact on our organization. Your efforts will directly contribute to our ability to serve our valued clients and ensure that we have the right team in place to deliver exceptional ABA therapy services. Responsibilities
