About the position

The Account Manager at Integrity Staffing Solutions is a client-facing role responsible for supporting recruiting efforts for one or two client locations. This position involves managing direct hire processes, marketing activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires strong communication skills and strategic planning to build successful relationships with clients, while also overseeing a team to meet hiring needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain performance and effectiveness of Client's hiring needs via established KPIs and reports.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement to established KPIs.
  • Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team of staff supporting client needs.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and development plans for staff to support their success.
  • Create, review, and provide critical analysis of recruiting activity for the market; devise action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear and audited communications for all recruiting efforts and special programs and initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client onsite activity and meetings, including market analysis and labor planning.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Client manager regarding performance indicators and provide solutions for trends or concerns.
  • Build and foster relationships with internal business partners to ensure clear communication and direction across departments.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in management functions, preferably in client-facing roles within Hospitality, Operations, or Retail industries.
  • Experience in managing a team of hourly staff.
  • Ability to quickly take action to ensure client success.
  • Experience in high volume hourly staffing.
  • Exceptional time management skills, including prioritizing and organizing multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak professionally to clients.
  • Advanced MS Office skills; experience with Bullhorn is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Customer relationship management experience (3 years preferred).
  • Experience in recruiting (3 years required).
  • Management experience (3 years required).
