The role involves programmatic oversight, which includes analyzing key metrics such as margin, headcount, market share, spread, starts, and overall profitability. The Recruiting Client Lead will act as a liaison between Client Program Managers, the internal delivery team, and various services groups, facilitating the coordination of tactical and strategic meetings to drive activity and information sharing. In this position, the Recruiting Client Lead will develop relationships with client Program Managers, aligning delivery to meet client business needs, which includes requisition coverage, ranking, and adherence to client quality metrics. The role requires providing partnership updates, collaborating with the MSP Director for scorecard reviews, and working with the recruiting team to address any potential delivery gaps.
