About the position

Ryder is seeking a full-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer to support the Recruiting teams by prescreening and scheduling candidate interviews. This role involves working in a high-volume call center environment, assisting the Human Resources department with various tasks and projects, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams and their open positions.
• Prescreen and schedule quality candidate interviews.
• Identify and interact with potential passive candidates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates.
• Facilitate and coordinate interviews.
• Match candidates' skills to available openings.
• Communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Maintain employee profiles and conduct employment screenings.
• Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team.
• Support the HR team in special projects and assignments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Three (3) years or more in a similar Human Resources role required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Capable of multi-tasking and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential information with high ethical standards.
