About the position

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Notable, you will play a critical role in the recruiting team, ensuring that every step of the hiring process runs smoothly. This position involves managing scheduling, communications, and operations, collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, and playing an essential role in onboarding new team members. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for candidates and interviewers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms and track applicant flow in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Maintain meticulous records of candidate progress, feedback, and hiring metrics in the ATS.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate information.
  • Partner with the People Operations team on offer letters, onboarding logistics, and other cross-functional initiatives as needed.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes to support a high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Assist with new hire orientation, ensuring a welcoming and organized onboarding experience for new employees.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with ease.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar).
  • A service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering a top-tier candidate experience.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities in a high-growth setting.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
