About The Position

The Recruiting High Volume Recruiter at BCforward in Lake Mary, FL is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates for various lines of business. This role emphasizes providing an outstanding candidate experience while managing multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure timely hiring processes and compliance with recruiting standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of full life-cycle recruiting experience and/or agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting and supporting multiple lines of business.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Strong customer service and consultative skills with an emphasis on creating a positive experience.
  • Detail-oriented and familiar with recruiting compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Significant knowledge in sourcing and maintaining relationships with a diverse candidate pool.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and initiatives.
  • Innovative, creative, and results-oriented with strong organization and follow-through skills.
  • Comprehensive experience with MS Office and applicant tracking systems like Taleo.
  • Experience in financial services, consulting, or consumer-driven industries, specifically in the payments industry, is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop long and short-term, cost-effective recruitment strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Provide an outstanding customer/candidate experience focusing on the five Keys to a Great Customer Experience.
  • Brand yourself in the talent marketplace as the contact for Chase in the supported fields.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to proactively offer solutions and consult with managers.
  • Review HireVue interviews and/or phone screen qualified candidates to build diverse slates for Hiring Managers.
  • Provide regular progress updates to Hiring Managers and ensure timely candidate decisions.
  • Partner with HR Business Partner and Compensation to create and negotiate employment offers.
  • Monitor candidate flow through the pre-employment process and provide updates to Hiring Managers and candidates.
  • Execute on deadline-driven hiring and collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to refine strategies as necessary.
  • Utilize Oracle and maintain data integrity ensuring proper documentation of the selection process and compliance.
  • Utilize various techniques to develop a diverse slate of candidates and identify diversity sourcing opportunities.
  • Provide a stable operations environment by ensuring focus around risks and controls.
