About the position

The Recruiting & HR Specialist is responsible for managing the recruitment process for Sayfpay, focusing on both inside and outside sales positions. This role involves interviewing, onboarding new employees, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. The specialist will also work closely with management to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and improve employee performance through effective onboarding and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
  • Conduct a minimum of 5 new interviews every day and speak to an average of 75 new potential interviewees each day.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Assist new hires with onboarding and logging into systems on their start date.
  • Issue write-ups to employees based on missed KPIs and sales goals.
  • Conduct weekly reviews with management to ensure success and prepare for the upcoming week.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in recruiting or HR roles.
  • Strong computer and technology skills.
